3dASAP Sponsor Printing Information

Quantity & Sizes

The total number of shirts and the size distribution is determined by NAMI National and varies from Walk to Walk.  To increase quantities or change size distribution, please contact the National Office or your Regional NAMIWalks Manager.

Pricing

3dASAP offers competitive pricing and the comfort of professionals who know NAMIWalks by personal experience.  We offer reduced rates from our standard fees.

• One time setup fee of $24 per order.
• Quantities of Less than 500, cost per shirt $0.89 each.
• Quantities of 500 or More, cost per shirt $0.85 each.
• A reduced design and layout fee of $28 per hour (regular rate $45 per hour)
• Up to 28 sponsor logos & names (more than 28 sponsors will require an additional hour)
• 1 Proof with minor changes (additional proofs or major changes will add design time)
• Late additions will require an additional hour of design.
• NAMI National takes care of printing the front, cost of shirt and shipping.

Timing & Due Dates

The contract we have with NAMI is that 3dASAP has your special NAMIWalks Event T-Shirts arrive one week prior to your Walk, printed and ready to go.  If you have a local press printing the backs we need to send them out 30 days prior the Walk Date.

• If your Walk Date changes, please notify us immediately at nami@3dasap.com.

Please check the Official NAMIWalks Event T Shirt Schedule for your Due Dates. Sending in art past the Due Date or completing the Online Web Form late may void the guarantee of the shirts arriving a week before your Walk Date.  We will always do all we can to ensure you are happy with your shirts and that they are in your hands at an acceptable time!

If we do not hear from you via the Online Web Form by the Due Date then we may need to ship the shirts without any sponsor printing to an address we have on file.

Art & Layout

3dASAP is happy to design the layout for you! When sending art, please e-mail them to art@3dasap.com. 

Sending individual sponsor logos:

• Best logo files are in original vector format (.EPS or .AI).
• All raster format (.PNG, .JPG or .GIF) logos must be 150 DPI to size.
• Web Images are 72 DPI and less than half the appropriate size.  If it’s small on your monitor it will not print well at all.
• Be sure to mention if you want a Structured or a Fluid Design.

Sending completed layouts for back of shirts:

• Maximum layout size is 12 inches wide and 14 inches tall at 150 DPI.
• If vector format, all text should be converted to lines.
• If raster format, all layers should be flattened.

Steps to Place Order

Ready to order?  Awesome!  We are happy to help you through this process.  Here are some vital steps to keep the process moving.

• Check your Due Dates on the Official NAMIWalks Event T Shirt Schedule.
• Fill out the Online Web Form before the Form Due Date so we can get started.
• If there are any issues with the Walk Date, e-mail us at nami@3dasap.com.
• E-mail the art files to art@3dasap.com by or before the Art Due Date.
